THIS IS ME
O yes this is me the ugly git on the right .I am married with to boys one 8 and the other is 10 and I am a pike fisherman to top it off. I spend most of my free time fishing for pike or dreaming about pike.
I have started this site in the hope to learn a lot more about pike fishing . I am not an expert and don't claim to be one, I don't have a bag of twenties to my name in fact I only have 12, but I have fished on and off for the past 15 year and fished properly for pike for the last 5 years.
most of my ideas for this site come from going to pike fishing chat room and forums and seeing what people want or need to know about pike and pike fishing. I encourage other predator fisherman to send in articles and photos.

have lived just outside of Dartford for most of my life, with 5 1/2 years in
South Africa and 3 years in Luton for my sins, sorry to those ho live there,
someone has to. Know for the last 5 years. then I lived in Norfolk, and had some
of the best pike waters in the country. Rivers like the Wenson the great ouse 10
mile bank the Nar and not to mention all the drains.
For the last 5 years I have belonged to a local club with 3 lakes 2 about 4 acres each The first lake has pike up to 22.8lb the record is 26lb but it hasn't been seen for the past 6 years. I have had one out at 19.8lb 40" long. The second lake had a disease in it which kill a lot of the pike in it. No one has fished for pike in this lake for years, until recently where the top fish has been only 15lb and I've had pike up to 14.12lb. I hoped there was bigger in there but I never had one.

For the last 4 years or so I had been after Zander and Perch as well as the Pike, There is nothing like being down the drains. I had met up with Mike Little from the US that work in the UK and tort me a lot about Jig fishing and has become one of my closes friends. jigging on the fens is how I met and fished with Dave gaunt. He is to my mind the man that was and still is at the forefront of jigging on the fens. I was lucky to meet a lot of the names of the UK predator scene. This has been some of the best fishing times of my life.
As from the 25 April 2005 I moved to Canada and it is a hole new life and a hole new way of fishing. I have loads to learn and all the time to do it.
